"Ginger" in arabic?
We just got a cat and are naming her Ginger, but I wondered about named her Ginger in another language.
Unfortunately the translation sites I've found on the web shows how one would write it in arabic, but not how to pronounce it.
Anyone know? Below is what Google gave me for how it is written.
زنجبيل

Re: "Ginger" in arabic?
Well, the scientific name for ginger is Zingiber, which would make a pretty cool name if you ask me, but then I have been told very recently I'm an uber nerdy plant biologist.
