acmcgraw I will try the green tea idea. Hopefully it will work for me cause i have got to stop the over eating at night thing...I don't know y I get the feeling but I always feel like I have to eat constantly at night....its driving me insane

I've bought new running shoes. I've been breaking them in over the weekend. I used to run in my boxing days but I'm much much heavier now so I am taking it very slowly. Whilst I feel I can do more than the walk/run system, I know the sensible thing to do is build my body gradually so it strengthens without injury.

Try before you eat anything to drink a whole glass of water really fast. It can sometimes help with the hungery feeling. Also, don't stress out about having a snack after dinner, just make sure that what you eat is healthy like fruit or a little veggie snack. I know that most will tell you not to eat after 9pm but that is for people who go to bed at a normal hour. I am usually up until 2 or 3 am so me eating dinner at 9 is not uncommon. If your body is REALLY telling you that it is hungery, listen! Just don't give it sugary things.

I have gone over to only eating every 5 hours.
Sometimes during the morning I get hungry - that's when I take a glass of vitamins with orange flavour (sugar free). Funny enough it helps me through until lunch.
I do well during days but admit that I often have an additional snack in the evening. But that's also the time of the day when I move the most, so I guess I need the extra energy.
Since Easter I have been doing some kind of physical exercise every day for 1 hour at least. Dancing, Nordic walking, whatever.
Right now I am trying out some workout videos that I got from the library. It's really amazing how much stuff they have!
I tried Pilates, but there's not enough action for me. I prefer a workout where I move around more, so tonight it's a dance workout. And probably some more zilling practice. At least my fingers won't get fat. ..g.:
