Thread: Found: big balady earrings

I've been looking for some great big round disk earrings like Egyptian balady earrings. Until I went to Penneys at lunch today to take advantage of their annual bra sale (buy 2 get 1 free). Stopped by the costume jewelry counter. Everything for summer is BIG and SHINEY. Got two pairs of giganto disks just like Fifi wears!

So looks like now is the time to find balady jewelry!

I have been picking up the big sets of Bollywood/India style bangle bracelets from Wal-Mart, Fashion Bug, Cato, and other stores as well. This week I picked up packs of silver, gold, red, royal blue, and magenta...and paid about $11 for all 5 packs. They look great with my costumes, and my saris!

Not sure what style earrings you're describing. Can someone post a pic of them either from Penneys, elsewhere or on a dancer or a vid where the dancer is wearing them?

I'm almost as addicted to earrings as I am to music.
