Boobs without surgery...how?
Okay, so someone tell me the best, most effective way to pad a bra without a)loosing the padding on the floor during a violent shoulder shimmy b) showing nipple at the top because there's more padding than boob in the bra and c) using so little padding people are wondering if you're really a man (not really, but come on, as one bhuzzer put it, I'm a member of the "itty bitty titty committee")...help a little woman out here... ,r:;

I dont know about the nipple part...but pad inside the bra by removing the big stitches that hold the lining in and then stuff away and resew. I pad - at a D cup just to hold the jello effect to a minimum.

Stitch padding under the lining or carefully secure it inside the cups. (think diaper pins that will not open and puncture your IBTC members). To avoid (b) nipples peeping over bra - use lingerie tape.

Re: Boobs without surgery...how?
When I sew in padding I place it so that the padding is along the lower outer half of the cup followng along the curve up the side of the cup so that it will push the breast up and in for maximum cleavage. I believe that the padding on the side edge pushing the breasts in toward each other really boosts the cleavage.
I would guess that to be sure the nipple doesn't peak out you would need to adjust the amount of padding accordingly to each costume cup size.

Not meaning to be rude AT ALL, just trying to get an idea here. Do you have any "lumps" so to speak of that will allow you to have the lift and together look? I would also agree with Surida. If you are able to get the pad to set under the part of your breast that curves, you can lift and push them together to get the better visual in your bra. (clevage)

Re: Boobs without surgery...how?
I've been having success with finding costumes that are small enough for my frame (32B, at the very biggest, as opposed to padding up to a 36C....eeek!) and stuffing the living daylights out of 'em with polyester batting, like the same stuff that my golden retriever loves to rip out of plushy toys ..l;, You can buy a HUGE bag of it at Jo-Ann's, usually in the quilting section. I prefer this method because the stuffed bra will mold better to the shape of your body.
OR you can start off with a bra with nice small cups, create a little pocket, and stuff "chicken cutlets" in there. I did that with a Tony & Robbie that had teeny, virtually flat cups and, heavens to goodness, there was CLEAVAGE!!!
The rest, you can fake with a bit of makeup: with bronzer or (better) a non-shimmer contouring powder (I use MAC blush in Harmony, a matte beige-brown) you make kind of a modified Y shape between your boobs, curving over top inner 1/3 of each of your breasts to create the illusion of depth and shadow. From there, you can go over the raised part of your boobs with a nice, light-colored shimmery highlight - MAC's Mineralize SkinFinish powders are AMAZING, but every manufacturer makes something suitable. Obviously, you won't get porno boobs from this effect, but it's a beautiful way to enhance your natural shape and looks incredible in pictures! You can also contour lightly around your stomach/waist (AWESOME if you're quite defined, or even if you just want to look that way), around your triceps, anyplace where you want to show off!
Now, for the nips....lots of others cite toupe tape as the way to go! They actually make nipple covers, too, usually sold at formalwear boutiques by the Hollywood tape and chicken cutlets. That might be a good third precaution. Even if audiences catch a glimpse, they won't be sure what they're looking at! ..l;,
For me, I've definitely shifted my M.O. from trying to create C-cups to enhancing my small, slim physique in the most effective and beautiful way, and that means incorporating balance and long lines into my costuming schemes, and wearing stuff that fits. Nothing is more beautiful on a petite dancer, methinks, than snug, sophisticated and sleek, unabashedly "flaunt it if you've got it" kind of costumes. Though she gets a lot of undue criticism for being slender, Didem of Turkey is a great example of a dancer who is small all over, but knows how to rock all of her costume choices. Instead of faking curves, she runs with what she naturally has, and looks devastatingly hot each time! (She wears a lot of Bella's more minimalistic designs, if I'm not mistaken). Go check her out on YouTube.
Viva small boobies!

um, I have never had a nipple peek out and I pad my bras a LOT. Does everyone really tape themselves in?

Thanks for the anatomy lesson, Azh
What's the best kind of tape, anyway? Toupe tape? Double-sided packing tape? What is guaranteed to stay put?
I tried the Hollywood fashion tape once and it didn't want to stay put for longer than 2 minutes. And that was on a regular blouse, without profuse amounts of performance sweat....
