    Explain The Sizing For Pharaonics

Ok - I have a great loop that I love and fits perfectly.

Since I have been on the board, I have seen many Pharaonics for sale with a bra size of #2 or #3.

Can you explain to me the sizing? I would love to know what # my Pharaonics is.

    Thank you!

I've been wondering the same. I'm glad you asked.

This can definitely be confusing! Good discussion and explanations here:
    http://www.bhuz.com/forum/fitness-be...bra-sizes.html

Note especially what Elisa Gamal says in post #4: it's key! Where American/European cup sizes are proportional to the band sizes and therefore vary (so the cup on a 36C is usually equivalent to the cup on a 38B), if you're an Egyptian 3 you're always a 3 no matter how long the bra band is. This is especially good to know if you're ordering custom -- it can save a lot of confusion.

    Hope this helps!

I wear a 38DDD or 40DD in most American bras. In Egyptian it equates to a 6 or 7 depending on cleavage. I have a 6 Egyptian bra that I bought from Elisagamal and it swam on her and I think she said she is a 32 F in street bra cup size. Wish American/European bra designers would use this concept. It would make things so much easier.

Ooh, I have a costume that I bet would fit you! My DDs are heading more towards Ds and the cups are a little overwhelming...

Latifa, it would probably fit Zana too. She and I are about the same size but I am taller by a couple of inches.

And I am wider by a couple of inches down below, but evidently our bosoms are virtually identical. That's why we're bosom buddies.

    Thanks, lovey.

Add the hips to the height and we are identical!

I'll be taking pix and posting it soon. It's a Johara with incredible beading -- fully beaded bra with a lovely overdress with long floaty sleeves. And it'll be cheap!

Hah, I would in a minute if I could! Speaking of which, That Dress (you know the one: .w.:) is yours if you want it. I've decided I just can't bear to shorten it -- it's too pretty and well proportioned as-is. I've been meaning for a week to write and tell you, but it's been a bit of a madhouse here. I should be coming up for air tomorrow, or at least I hope so! Just something to think about....

Latifa, I would dearly love to see that dress when you get around to taking photos -- it sounds right up my alley. TIA!

Sorry for the tangent, all. Back to bosoms and Egyptian bosom-wranglers.

The very same, and a matching silk veil. It has "Souzan" written all over it, I think! No pics yet, but I will take some for you. My lovely assistant should be home by dinnertime.
