Thread: Did it-so long blondie!

A while ago I asked your opinion on whether this translucent blonde girl could dye her hair dark...here's the results. Is it too dark for me?

DELICIOUS, at least in photos! Some blondes carry dark really well, especially with light eyes - it makes them pop!

Fair skin and dark hair occur in nature too, of course. You're about as translucent as me and I used to be that colour naturally, or close to.

I think you look great! I dyed my hair dark once and my friends loved it - same reason as mentioned, the eyes pop! You look very ethereal as a blond and exotic with the dark hair.

You look great, but I think the eyebrows need to be ever so slightly darker, maybe use an eyebrow pencil to darken them. That will really make your eyes pop.

I think the contrast of your pale skin and blue eyes with that dark hair is simply stunning. You look beautiful as a blond too, but personally I am digging the dark exotic look.

You look great in all of them but especially in the third photo - as the others have said your eyes stand out. If you don't want to dye your lashes and brows, try using a brow penicl to darken them just a little & see what you think. MAC & Smashbox do some good brow colour/wax.

Wow! Good for you! I have blonde hair, and my twin dyed hers DARK about a year ago, but it looks great! So, it can be pulled off very well, and you prove it. You look amazing.

Try a darker brown or espresso on the brows; darkest brown, brown/black, or even black on the lashes. I think black on the brows is too harsh and cold for most lighter-skinned people in most lighting. (Not that I'm a pro -- just an amateur with some experience and a lot of opinions!)
