Ah, but how do we or any culture define "well-proportioned"? That is the whole issue here.

But I think some breast enhancements are over done to the point that they don't look natural at all and a bit of a turnoff.

It is not just the prevalence of breast enhancements that can change our definition of "well-proportioned", it is all the photo-shopped pictures we see everywhere, all the time -- not just fashion models in ads, but now even video enhancement in movies.

Our sense of "well-proportioned" is now being molded by completely artificial images.
