Thread: Purchasing a Legend...

So I am finally breaking my long lived relationship with Pharonics and purchasing a Legend!
I am still searching for the PEEERRFECT pink costume! I swear I have owned 4-5 pink ones already!
I'm excited abotu this one being it!
I ordered this one in pink with raspberry accents! Yumm-o!

Hey all,
SO I made my purchase, paid in full. I was told it owuld be about 3-4 weeks. i have sent multiple e-mails asking about the progress and shipping date/tracking if it had been sent with no reply! IS this common?
I just get a little nervous ordering from someplace new and having THAT much money over seas without much contact!

I wish I could offer some insight Nadirah. I've never ordered from them. This is precisely why I prefer to deal with U.S. dealers like Dahlal and Audrena. Even though you often have a long wait with them, you can call them and ask "what's up?"

Does Legend have a phone number on their web site? It may be worth making a phone call instead of emailing. I find with Audrena I get better service when I call her vs. emailing. Hopefully there won't be too much of a language barrier with them. I'm sure they speak english, but the accents can be hard to overcome on the telephone.

Yeah I have ALWAYS ordered from Audrena. THis is the first time I haven't!
The thing is they were very responsive up front. Now I am not getting ANY response from anyone over there!
I can't check the website at work so I am not sure if there is a phone number.

I haven't ordered from them, but I think that's common. Also, from speaking with a friend, it usually takes minimum 10 weeks (for almost ALL designers). The 3-4 weeks was probably just to get you to order.

Sit tight. If you don't receive it after three months, then I'd be concerned. :)

Oh I am sorry to hear this. I order from them all the time and usually have responses fairly quick. I have never had a problem...and my costumes never take more than 3 weeks......I hope you receive your costume and love it! Good luck...
