I'm either a jeans and tank-top kinda girl, or yoga gear girl... Very comfy and casual. However, ocassionaly, I love to doll myself up... :)

Either a business pants suit for work when the boss is there or jeans and girly cut tee the trest of the time. I'm another approaching the geezer years and clothes that I see women in my age-group wearing are hideous. I've opted to return to my teen years of jeans and t comfort with the occaisional goth or gypsy dress up look.

Re: what do you wear when you are not dancing?

I pretty much live in my melos. Out here 90% of the year is tank top and shorts weather, unfortunately I hate wearing shorts. Melos are the best of both worlds, pants that look fantastic and yet allow me to flash a bit of leg..lol. Typically I've got either a dance related, fairy design, or Disney charecter tank top/t-shirt on with them. For really dressy occations a corset or flashy top with the fancy melos or a skirt.
Work clothes depend on the work. Melos for teaching usually with a unitard or dance top, however for art classes I wear jeans and city provided t-shirts. No point in ruining the good stuff with oil paint. ..g.:

Re: what do you wear when you are not dancing?

At work I wear wrap dresses, skirts, and the highest heels i can get away with in an office ;)

At home it's usually yoga pants/tshirt.

if I go out, it's nice jeans and a 'going out top' usually from BCBG or something. I also have some 'going out dresses' that are a little too casual or revealing for the office. Oh and of course high heels! I've developed a weakness for really nice quality shoes that are really cute and/or sexy

I think they're the cheaper offshoot of the Rampage brand. I like them for cheaper trendy pieces that don't fall apart, as well as for cheap alternatives to my YSL perfumes

Urban Outfitters is okay, but I only feel like their stuff is worth it when I get it on super-sale for 5 or 10 dollars. A lot of their super pricey things I see at Target, etc. for about 1/3 of the price.
..l;, I'm such a ditz! Yes, I meant Charlotte Russe. I don't even know where I shop, but I knew there was "Ch" in there somewhere. They were quite affordable to my initial surprise. I like the sales, too!

Re: what do you wear when you are not dancing?

I recycle my clothing every few years. I like to buy higher priced, well-made items that I can keep for years and pull it out my closet like ten years later and all of a sudden it's unique. I remember going crazy for peasant tops and boho items last time they were in style and since I didn't have a family to support at the time, I spent most of my money on clothing. Now they all are getting a second chance in life. I am pairing my old flowy tops with jean shorts and beaded sandals. Big "maxi" dresses are apparently in again too.

I do feel that I am little boring out the bunch of people who posted here because I try imitate the trendy look for the season. One thing I am finally giving up on though is high heels. I think I wore shoes that have more than 1inch heel only a couple of times in past year (not counting ballroom shoes to dance, those are extremely comfy).

I'm an Ann Taylor girl for sure. I just love her clothes on my body.

Summer time, shorts, tank or short sleeve with slip on or short heel.

The rest of the year I'm in dark jeans with a form fitting girlie shirt (to accentuate my D girls) and some sort of heels.

lol, I'll have to look into some of that...but I'm so broke, I can't afford a cup of coffee. lol

I do love this look though, but I think my goth look fits me better.

When I have money, I will dress in corsets every day!!! ;)
