the green costume is a pharaonics, bought directly in cairo. i think its called dripping in diamonds on dahlal, but not sure!

thank you everybody. i'm really really happy with them.

i'm doing an attempt to glam it up in the hair and make up department (costume wise i've always had expensive taste so no worries there), but i knew hair and make up were sometimes a bit too, eh, average. so am trying. it's hard sometimes knowing what to do. i'm not the kind of person who IRL would go and have her hair and nails done...
the make up artist i hired was fantastic. she's given me a MAC addiction

here is the rest of the collection, if anyone has time to wade through them (42 pics in total). i have to choose six for the website and one... just one for the new business card...

there's more of the burgandy there, but i prefer the greens i think... though the burgandy is a fantastic costume.

Really, really nice. The colors are great on you! I especially like the lines of your body, arms, and veil in the last photo above -- simultaneously strong and soft, just beautiful.

Tell me more about the burgundy costume, please. The fabric looks really rich and lovely, and I can't quite tell what it is.

it's a one of a kind (oh, i do hope so, she said she had almost none of the fabric) Eman. the material is some kind of faux-lace!

i havent performed in it yet, it's really delicate material, and very narrow around the upper legs.. i sort of still have to find the right song for it, but i will

no, seriously, these really reconcile me with my skin colour!!!

funny, as a blond i always just looked sickly pale, and all i did was change hair colour, and voila, it works.

Oh yeah, the MAC route is dangerous... But for me it's the only stuff that actually stays put during performances.
