    GPS Watch for Running?

I am wanting to buy a watch that has a built in GPS so that I can literally run anywhere. Any suggestions on brand????

My husband found a good one - but pricey - I think close to $300. I'll ask him. :)

Oh - if you want a cheaper option, I usually just time my runs and then map my route using this site.

Yeah I have used something similar-I am just such a lazy runner that I need instant feedback on my hand lol I was wondering about the ones on ebay-it would be good to at least know what are good brands you know, so I could look....

You could also try the nike+ widget - they have a usb thingie that talks to a chip in your shoe to tell you your speed and distance and uploads all the data to the nike site so you can chart your runs and see how your speed varies over the course of the run. I had one and it was all very cool until I accidentally dipped the usb component into my son's bath. They aren't water resistant at all, in case you were wondering. I would even avoid wearing them in the rain! :)

Hehe I had one of those-and the battery recently died. The calibration was a pain too :( I need plug and play hahaha-do you know what brand your husband's is?
