Thread: Why I deserve to eat these chips/ this chocolate!

...because I just did a bellydance class so I lost lots of weight, right?
...because I am starting a diet, tomorrow, and I will totally have time to lose weight and fit into that costume before that important gig.
...because I just ate a whole pack of lollies, so I may as well just add to the crap, right?

What's your favorite excuse?

- Jewel (stuffing face with chicken-flavored chips. mmmmm)

Because my husband bought them and put them in the fridge, so it's entirely HIS fault.

Because we *need* carbohydrates in order to manufacture the ATP that makes our muscles work.

because life is too short. You never know when you are going to die. So, you might as well get the best part of the meal (dessert) over with as soon as possible.

(This is honestly my excuse for why I have dessert before dinner every day!)

(PS - started reading other diet threads and felt guitly, so had to stop eating chips. Plus, I was starting to feel sick)

Because I can't think straight with out eating that chocolate fudge cake... I'm loosing brain cells just thinking about this - haven't had chocolate in three days! Blabble, rable, blah.

I am a grown up and I can make my own decisions. If I want cake for dinner you can't stop me!

b/c I worked hard today and my kids stressed me out and I deserve a treat!

Emergency Chocolate

Chips are made from potatoes. Chocolate comes from a bean. Both of those are veggies, so they must be good for me. ..l;,
