Thanks everyone! Yes, it was a custom order. I can't find anything in my size off the rack. I'm still tweaking the bra hook placement. I'm hoping to have it ready in time for my show this weekend. ..g.:

The strappy arm is 2 long pieces that come off the shoulder strap. You wrap them down your arm and hook them at the wrist area. It is hard to put on myself. I will probably need to have the help of a waitress to get it wrapped and hooked. I'm sure even some of the waiters will volunteer if I tell them I need help getting dressed. ..l;,
