In search of electric pink boyshorts

I'm having a slight costuming issue. I'm doing a public (as in general, as opposed to assorted dancers) performance in about a month's time with some other people from my class. We're starting and finishing with group dances and having some solos in between.

Troupe costuming is under control but we are going to be dancing on a raised stage and I realised last night that the costume that I really wanted to wear for my solo has big splits in the skirt and I'm liable to flash the audience, especially as I'm planning to use a kick at one point.

Anyway, I'd like to try and cover this possibility by getting hold of a pair of matching boy shorts or similar. However the costume is electric pink and I'm having trouble getting a match so far.

Does anyone know where I might be able to get hold of such a thing, especially considering that I am UK based?

what about finding a pair of leggings (the kind that many girls are wearing with long tops or jumper that cover the bottoms) in this colour and cut them short? have you tried camden market?

Have you tried the new fancy dress shop on North Road? They have a lot of fluorescent stuff in their window, and might know a potential source of electric pinkness...

    Mmmmm

Camden market might be an option, as I'm off to London next week but its probably a lot of faff and expense to go to. Like the leggings idea though.

There's a new fancy dress shop on the North Road? Since when?

I really must make an effort to walk to that side of town more frequently . I only usually go if I'm off for a drink in the Yorkie or on a mission to get something sewing related from Fabrix.

I'm sure it's on North Road...near Fabrix. Perhaps I was hallucinating. There's definitely a new one somewhere in town. Something to do with After Dark (...googles...) here we are: After Dark Costume Shop! | Facebook (don't know if this link will work or not).

Sorry everyone else for too much local info

American Apparel tends to have things like that--here's the UK link, it looks like they have a shop in London

If all else fails, stores that cater to exotic dancers would have something similar.

Hanes has them. Maybe not quite eleactric pink, but close. . .

Hanes Classics™ Women's BoyChic ComfortSoft® Boy Short Panties

And trust me, that pink is a lot deeper than shows up on your screen!

This doesn't do much for coverage, but they're comfy and great if you want fullback undies on without the lines.
