Thread: Stretchy beaded fringe belts

Hey all,
I am looking for a wholesaler fo those stretchy beaded fringe belts. The ones that have 'V' fringe on both sides and fasten via to little nubbies with loops on the side. They look like they are plastic beads on elastic thats very stretchy. They are also fiairly inexpensive at about $20 per from vendors.
Belly Queen wore them in thier Chicago show recently and I am trying to find a wholesaler of them...
Anyone have any leads?

I can do troupe orders of those beaded stretchy belts at $15 each if you do not find a wholesaler. I am also located in the chicago area.

I bought 3 of them for class and I LOVE them! I want to get a hwole bunch more for my students etc! ;-)

Those belts crack me up... they don't stay on my hips. I tried one on and laughed and laughed -- put one on my hips, ziiiiiip! up to my waist. Pulled it down... sproing! up to my waist again.

I think they look adorable, but on me they are a comedy routine!!

LOL! I have the same problem with these belts, so I just use some small safety pins so that they stay put. I think these belts are so cute, so I had to make it work as Tim Gunn says.

One of my students and I both wore silver ones in a show this past Sunday. I used silver safety pins (pin from inside the skirt out through the belt and back). The skirts/tops were the black/silver "Assuit" style from Sharifwear. I think the overall look was pretty sharp and a lot more comfy than bedlah. My hips are 41" so I feel your pain.
