Thread: Bra sale for the goddess girls

JC Pennys is have a sale on their "goddess sized" Ambrielle convertible push up bras. Buy one, second one for 88 cents. I love these bras. Strong straps that can be changed to criss cross, removable small "cutlets" to give some extra lift, plunging front. I got a white one to wear with my white man's galabeyia and a leopard print one just for fun. Seems odd that you would pad D and DD cups, but with the construction of these bras the padding helps hold everything place and lift and separate--what we all want.

I recently covered a black one in assuit and it made a lovely costume bra.

I get frustrated with not being able to find padded push-up styles in D cups. I feel they're needed to get the right cleavage-ey look with several of my dress or choli-top costumes. They're also what I want for a bra base when I make a bedlah, again for the sake of shaping rather than size. But I expect manufacturers assume if you're that big already, you don't want any padding.

Oh, I love the Ambrielle bras. I wonder if they're having a similar sale on their wee sizes too? LOL

I hate buying bras anymore . . . but I think I might need to take a trip to the local JCP to check these out . . . larger sizes and wide straps (I was looking at the other on-line models too) . . . could be good!

Not of of them have wide straps. The leopard I am wearing today has narrow straps but they are very thick, sturdy and nonstretch. Hooks in the back so you can do the X back thing. Very deep plunge and with the straps crossed in back and the push-up these things hold the girls up there. Great shoulder shimmy bras!
