how the heck do you make them go away?

mine have gotten a bit smaller with excercise and good eating but they are still there, laughing (and jiggling) at me

anything else i can do, or will i just have to lose over my whole body?

Your love handle fat belongs to your whole body, so the only way to lose it is to lose all over, unfortunately.

You can make it look better by spot training though... Target your abs, obliques and back, and the firming of the muscle beneath will make them seem a bit smaller.

Or you could just accept them as extra shimmy ammunition? ;-) A little jiggle is awesome, I think.. and you look marvelous, madame!

If you add jump roping to your exercise regiman, it is a really good (and very tiring) way to lose weight and tone all over. You can do 2-5 minutes in between each set of strength training (ex. between your sit ups and pushups). It helps keep your heart rate up and it also helps with toning since you use your legs, arms, etc to jump rope.

When ever I need to tone, I jump rope. Though I have horrible endurance so I usually have to ease into jump roping. This is also a great thing to add if you hit the dreaded plateau.

Other great ways to lose all over...swimming and jogging (jogging does it for me when I do it regularly...lol!), but I also agree with Adi in that a little jiggle is awesome! And yes you do look marvelous! ;)

Any super cardiovascular activity that gets your heart rate going continuosly like jogging and swimming works.

I don't have love handles, more along the lines of love roll bars. You look great! What on earth are you worried about?

I have a rather bulgey silhouette and i'd like it to be more smooth. I can usually hide it with using 2 inch wide elastic in my costumes but I'd like to wear bathing suits and not ooze over the tops.
