    They show up every once in a while on Ebay - search for vest (mirr*,embr*,velvet) and have patience.

    I have one I bought for a drummer that suddenly disappeared. I can measure it and attempt to upload a picture. I cannot recall the size, thought. Hopefully the measurements will be enough. (Loading a picture might be a new challenge for me.)
