    Need to Make It Stick

I'm wondering what's the best type of costume tape or body adhesive you've used.

Not feeling confident with gaffer tape and eyelash glue.

And if I told you what I'm needing this adhesive for, I'd have to kill you.

    LOL!

I like toupe tape. I buy it in precut lengths (like bandaids) online from Manhattan Wardrobe Supply, but I'm told it's at Sally's also.

toupe tape is what i've used most recently.
someone also recommended carpet tape to me to try.
dress tape doesn't work- at least for me

I found spirit gum works very well for keeping bindis in place, even on super-sweaty, non-cooperative skin - depending on what project you have in mind, that may be a useful alternative for eyelash glue.

I got a package of fashion tape recently from Victoria's Secret that helped me with a dress that was riding up.

I use the toupee tape from Sally Beauty as well. If the pre-cut strips are too big, I just cut them to size myself. They hold like glue!

Medical (aka surgical) adhesive, either spray-on or roll-on. You can find it in any medical supply store, right next to the walkers, trusses, and compression stockings.

Another vote for toupé tape. I have a friend that use to put so much on her costumes she could unhook the costume and do a shoulder shimmy and it would stay in place. Of course she isn't a D cup. I found the tape was cheaper at Sally's than any of the girly tape I found in department stores.
