Hmm, I haven't enlarged the pic... it reminded me of a more reptilian look. But birds are reptiles with feathers, some say. Anyway, WOW!

I LOVE IT! In fact I have some silk fabric that looks like layers of feathers similar to that pic - this gives me an idea....

Wow, that's....different. I certainly admire the artistry that went into creating such an ensemble, but I can't say as I care for that look.

Thierry Mugler is an AMAZING designer. He also does most of his own photo work for his work as well as creates perfumes. I've got a couple books with his designs. He was featured at the Met Museum of Modern Art in NYC a number of years ago. His work is meticulous and unique.

Now that's a cute costume for that particular show, as I'm sure the dragon lady costume would probably be, but looking at it in that first picture - it has it's shock factor. I wonder which dancer was Britney's inspiration.
