    Whatcha Wearing for Holiday Shows?

    I call this my Christmas costume.

    It's a Hoda Zaki. I added the pearl & glass crystal belly drape with a medallion and pearl & glass crystal swag fringe to it.

    I've been wanting to get some photos of it forever. We just took these yesterday.

    Your costume is beautiful Audra!! I am dancing at a holiday benefit on Friday and I will be wearing my burgundy Pharaonics Elegance Entwined. I don't have any photos of me in it yet; hopefully I will have some after Friday. That and my emerald Elegance Entwined will be my holiday standards this year. My New Year's Eve costume will be my one of a kind black and gold Hoda Zaki!

    Wow, that is so beautiful! The details are very ornament like, so they're a perfect fit for the holidays.

    Beautiful pics and I like the additions you made to the costume, they look perfect.

    I have two holiday shows, both before Christmas. I think I might wear my emerald green bedlah with a silver skirt and veil for one of them.

    I Love your eye make up. It's perfect.

    (of course the costume is a beauty also) but those are the exact eyes I want to do. Not too much but still bold. What do you use?

    Azhia--thanks!! I was going to send one these to you and ask you what you thought of the make-up.

    Hookednovice;

    Make-up, umm.......let's see......

    I am only wearing Bare Minerals on the skin in Fairly Light 1.2 applied with a kubuki brush and a little moisturizer on first (wait a few minutes after the moisturizer before putting on the Bare Minerals).

    The blush is Chanel "Vamp" applied with a fan brush.

    The eyes (I have been practicing) there is white matte shadow put on first under the brow and on top of that is MAC pigment in "Frost" also the pigment is applied in the corner the eye and under a little. A little white shadow on the eyelid too. The eye liner is Clinique cream liner (I LOVE this product) in "Graphite" it is dark without being to black and is super smooth, it goes on perfect, I use a small square tip brush to apply. The liner is on the upper lid only and thin line drawn getting wider as you go out to the end of your eye. Then there is black shadow Lancome "The New Black" applied in the crease and a little bit on the outer corner of the eyes. And, FAKE eyelashes make the eyes really stand out in photos! And eyebrows lined in "Dark Brown"

    And the lips (I was trying to figure that out how to do it best, I usually go for a really strong red lip but this time I decided to make it softer), lips lined with Clinique "Raspberry" just on the outer edge of lip for a little definition" and the Lip Gloss from Makeup Forever in "#1" it is clear super sparkly, it has very very fine really tiny glitter particles (so tiny you cant really them but they are there. Love this stuff.

    Oh, and one more thing, I used the white matte eye shadow to do a really light contour stroke down the center of my nose and around the edge of the jawline for a little definition.

    Also, the lighting is really important too for shots like this.
