quick photo shoot make-up advice
I am having a photo shoot tomorrow inside an old building with "cool" (according to the photographer) brick walls. Should I wear eye kandy or not? I have done photo shoots, but they were either before I discovered eye candy or done after a show when I was already in drag. Is glitter overkill for a non- stage lit photo shoot?
Thank you!!

Check out some of Azhia's pics. She has a few shots at a "cool" building... the scene is pretty urban but she is total glam, the contrast is awesome.

Are your shots colour or will they my shopped into b&w with splashes of tint?

Thanks for posting Azhia's link. Those are beautiful pics of course it doesn't hurt that she is gorgeous and has such exotic eyes.
Don't know about the color b&w thing?
I think I'll use some glitter but not as much as I would for a show.

Re: quick photo shoot make-up advice
I wouldn't use glitter...what I did for my 1st photo shoot was start with what I'd wear for "going out to a club with girlfriends" (evening makeup). I brought my makeup kit with me so i could adjust after a few test shots (you might want to vamp it up a little more after you see the lighting). My fear with glitter is that it might not work in photography. It could show as just some spots, or it could reflect back and look funny.

Gals are too kind. *blush*
This is correct! Unless you're doing very close up, editorial, creative type shoots, glitter requires movement and light in order to "sparkle." In photographs it translates as flashes of white and can obscure your features.
I know this is after the fact but it should help for future shoots. I hope it went well and that you had fun!
