How to price assuit?
I have a vintage 20s ivory shawl with silver assuit. Great condition! Thinking about selling it. How much should I be asking for a piece like this? Any ideas?

Those are only worth about $25. I'll take it off your hands though ...g.:

Not even that. I'll take it off your hands if you just pay the postage.
Seriously, what I would first do is check what people are charging for comparable pieces on Ebay and other similar sites.

LOL! No seriously! I'm willing to give someone a good deal on it. It was purchased in Libya in the 20s/30s by my husband's great-grandmother and it has been just sitting in my closet for years. Really...how much do these go for?

Well, it depends on how big the piece is. I just scoured the web and decent vintage shawls don't seem to be going for less than $200. THat really amazing, almost entirely silver one that someone posted a while back went for $660.

Drool!
Okay, my great-grandmother was in both Libya and Tunisia around the same time, maybe a bit earlier. I am pretty sure she made it to Italy with next to nothing, and then to the US with even less. But I am sooooo searching her basement (and attic, and the backs of all the the hall closets) next time I am in NYC just in case!!

Seriously, it depends on how heavily worked in metal it is, and how unusual the design is. Can you post some pics?
