It's not. We all know there's no such thing as spot trimming, even though we all wish there was. The only thing that works for me is religous exercise and a good (healthy) diet. Neither of which I've done very well with for the past few weeks. Once the Holiday's are over, I'm getting back to my regular routine of exercising regularly and eating well.
