    Duh, late as usual!
    OMG I feel like a monster! 7 3/4" (19.75 cm) around the narrowest bit where the hand ends, if I pull the tape tight. 8 1/2" (21.5 cm) over the wrist bone, perhaps 8 1/4" because that wrist is a little swollen (got nudged by one of the calves tonight). As for bangles, I thought I would never be able to find any to go over my ham fists, but I found some in the sales this week (yay!!!) and they have a diameter of 3 7/8" (7.4 cm) which I can just squeeze into, although they don't slide far up my fat arms.

    Hope this helps rather than hinders!
