Thread: Help me choose my 8x10's!

Definitely #1. That's an awesome shot....the only thing that makes me question my choice is whether your eyes should be open or closed...other than that, I love that picture.... it's calm, soft, elegant, graceful, and your face is so relaxed. Beautiful and very professional looking.

All our lovely, but my favorite is the veil shots and the last facial pose is beautiful & unique.

Thanks for all the feedback on the photos! It was very helpful to get additional opinions. As I commented in the original post, the first picture is my favorite. I also liked 1d a lot (ie, the fourth picture in my first message).

I was intrigued by #4, but I didn't know how others would respond to it. I find it very helpful to find out how strong people's responses are to it - thanks so much for letting me know!

Regarding #7, someone on tribe said, "You look like the credits on a badass TV show where you fight crime as an undercover bellydancer. I like it!" That comment made me laugh out loud! Yes, that image would so fit the mood of a comic book superheroine with super-powered shimmies! Bwa ha ha ha ha!

I agree with everyone who suggested that #8 would make a fabulous business card - I think I need to explore that idea further, once I get the CD with the high-resolution version of the pictures.

Zumarrad, as I take time to look these all over, I find that my own thoughts tend to line up with yours. You're quite right that #3 was a costume update of my 1986 photo - that was intentional. I thought it would be kind of a fun thing to align the two photos side by side, for a "then and now" effect. But I agree that the photo doesn't seem as original compared to the others. Also, I find it's a bit more static than the others, and I'm liking the feeling of movement that the others convey.
