Thread: Sim website login

I am trying to log in to the Sim website, I even asked for a new password - and I am in an infinite loop with the login screen :-( I copy-and-pasted the password, so there is no typo. Anybody know the secret?

It happened to me too! Exactly the same! Then, I asked for another password and it was ok.
It was the same about Bella's website... They sent password again (not another one, but the same), then it worked. Maybe it has to do with the system...
This week I couldn't do online payment on Dahlal. I sent them an attachment with the error that was showing up all the time. And they found out that my personal details had a "dash" making trouble! I took the "dash" off (from my zip cod) and it worked!
Perhaps that's what is happening to you!

I've never been able to get on and I've requested numerous times! :P

I've sent numerous requests and have never even received a password. Is there a trick to getting one?
