There will honestly be other Hanan's like that (in animal prints and other crazy prints) if you pass it up and want something like it later when you can afford it or "need" it. It's a fairly common and popular design.

alright, i just sold a costume and have paid off the red rings of desire (it was on a payment plan of 8 weeks and i paid it off in 3. yay! )

now let's see how good i can be. 0:-)
i have to start saving up money for the dahlal set i ordered back in december. i have this fear of it being done before may and me not having the money then

So much for me being on the wagon, I just fell off. I bought 2 silk veils on sale. It was a good deal honest I needed them for 2 costumes. Really I did. Its not like I purchased a new costume I was accessorizing the ones I have. That's like telling me to eat 1 cookie. ..l;,

Oh...I think we understand..and, well, they are just veils...now if you sew them in to a costume...well, thats a whole nother story.

Cleaned my sewing room a while back and it took time to decide what to do with the line of JoAnne's Fabric & Hancock bags that each held a complete dance costume, assembly required.

Decided dreaming isn't as good as owning...

Sewed my first skirt in ages, currently beading the hemline. Hope to be finished tomorrow. Then Tuesday, start on either the bra or belt. Will continue until I have gone through each bag.

Have been just awful about purchasing costumes, even though I don't need them. I just wanted them. Can't say I'm cured of the sparkling addiction. But, perhaps I will be a lot more appreciative when I'm do all the work.

Invited a friend over for a stitch session. She suffers the same affliction. This could lead to completed costumes. I would appreciate that.

You know what? my Iranian fabric merchant has sparkly gold animal print mesh. I was think of making a see through folk dress with matching bra and shorts. Fun!
