Thread: Belly dance crochet patterns

Hi all I'm looking for a good source of Belly dancing crochet patterns. I have a Raverly account, and I've faved a couple over there already, and was wondering if anyone had any other good resources they could share

Here's a few, though I think any lacy triangular shawl pattern would make a gorgeous hipscarf. and lots of shrug/bolero patterns could work great for dance as well. Just look at stuff with an eye towards adapting it for the dance. There are some spectacular antique patterns for lace motifs on the 'net that could be amazing building blocks.

As for some specific things that you might not have already found.
- Crochet Kitten has some bellydance patterns
- The Algerian Love knot could be adapted to use as a motif to decorate a larger item

Anyone know where to get a good pattern for crocheting those older sparkly bead/sequin/mesh trumpet skirts?
