yeah, i'm sorry, the purple eman got yoinked yesterday.......but there's alot more that hasn't made it to the website yet and some still in boxes......her styles are really lovely and edgy.....some of the raqia's are hot hot hot............

and the red/black mamdouh got bought as well......the detail on them is AMAZING........

I came thisclose to buying this yesterday. It's really beautiful and so soft! The fabric is the nicest I've ever touched on a belly dance costume. And the color is striking! I'm still considering going back for it if it's still there

Leyla - that purple was stunning on you!

I bought a red-gold-black flowery Mamdouh today. And the tracking label is finised, so I can hope to get it on Saturday....
But it's funny to see, how quick the mamdouh-costumes leave the side....now only one side of costumes there!

I know I hate that wig, its actually painful. But Shahrzad loves it and she is the boss. I brought in a blonde wig and am working on growing out my own hair.

I wonder if there's any hope of modifying that pink seashell one to fit my lame-O, negatory 30" hips....anyone know if it's a separate belt? Or maybe I should quit my bitchen' and get back to work on the seashell costume I started designing like 4 years ago and never finished!

I just bought the metallic midnight blue Hannan....the one with the silver accents, the high slits and all the "naked" cutouts at the inner hips. Dark blue is the color of power....and hip cutouts are Teh Sex-ay!

My boyfriend was poring through this site with me last night, as he's quickly becoming a BD addict with me. His commentary was hilarious...

That being said, and all previous kidding aside, I think you look adorable in every costume you put on. Plus, I'm so glad to see those costumes on a real dancer now, instead of a mannequin!

Kitty- you are SO cute! I'm glad that you're modeling the costumes now- it's so much easier to tell what they actually look like on a real body, rather than a mannequin. And of course, you look fabulous in EVERYTHING!

The skirt is attached to the belt...but that would be an easy adjustment. The work for you would come in to taking off the shells where the belt would overlap. They are quite thick.
