I don't know about Dahlal but it's definitely better to contact Audrena by phone. You will get quicker service that way.

For Dahlal, I got pretty good results with email, but you can always try phone...Audrena-phone

As I live here in Australia with a time difference etc... I have had good responses from Emails with Dahlal and they were very helpful in assisting me with a purchase from them online.
Audrena I have never had any response to my email so she may be better by phone.

she is a customer service star and will get back to you the next day usually

I prefer to e-mail, just so I have a record of the correspondence. I've always gotten quick responses from Dahlal, usually within a day or maybe two. The one time I e-mailed Audrena, though, I never received any response.

I don't recommend working with Audrena! If you choose to work with Audrena, make sure all transaction are done by credit card. She is "easier" to call by phone (if she doesn't screen for people looking for their refund or their overdue product) and make sure to follow up with your conversation with an e-mail. If she doesn't answer the e-mail, that's fine, just make sure you have the record that you're confirming your conversation, especially when it starts getting ugly.

Dahlal has always replied same day via email for me.

It took 2 years to get a costume from Audrena & that was only because I called her constantly. When it came in it was in the completely wrong size so I had to sell it
