Thread: Headbands-How to make one? (or many?)

I searched and could not find directions, I'm a little challenged as to how they are made (c'mon, I cant even make scrunchies LOL).

If I can get a few made, then I'd be set (you know once you make one in every color....)

I've made basice fleece onces for skating (to keep my ears warm) but yeah, they aren't pretty enough for dance.

Help?

I've made them, but I've never been satisfied with the results. So I'll spare you my directions and watch this thread closely!

I have made some with stretch fabric, lycra, velvel, etc.

I use a large band of fabric and then fold it up to make a roll. Similar as the coton one on that link: How to Make a Headband, Version 2: The Wide Headband

then I pass a tread in the middle and then pull the fabric in the center to make it "ruche". You can decorate the middle part with a big stone or a brooch.
