10-12" fringe where oh where?

Where do I get old style 10-12" fringe? I am researching a costume possibility for someone. Please tell me I don't have to hand make this stuff.,f::
Is it super expensive?
8" is so easy to find but anything longer seems impossible.

Lucy has it at Scheherazade Imports. It's $90 per meter. Her fringe is excellent quality. Worth every penny. Here's a link:
