    Question Short tribal fusiony pants?

    I keep seeing these pants about and I would quite like some for a costume for a solo I am doing in a few months.

    They are just past knee length with a bit of a ruff on the bottom, put me in mind of bloomers!

    I have seen Sam Hasthorpe wearing them, and probably a few other tribal fusionistas. Does anyone know what they are called or who sells them?

    I heard them called Sampants! google that & you'll get to Kathleen Crowley's tribe (she's the designer).

    Incidentally I googled "sampants bellydance" and found the makers Etsy store Etsy :: KathleenCrowley :: Sampants For Custom Ordering Only. She is away at the moment but I am so ordering a couple of pairs.

    Sam often layers a handkerchief skirt over them and they look awesome worn casually with knee boots too.
