Thread: Madame Fawza?????

Anybody know who Madame Fawza is????

I bought 3 of her costumes. I sat there looking at her work for 15 minutes thinking...."is this Noussa....it can't be Noussa.....but it could be Noussa....I can't tell if this is Noussa.....maybe it's one of Noussa's seamstresses..."

Well, I found out that it is not a Noussa but pretty damn close!!! Her work is a great imitation of Noussa, but at a much lower cost. Not as great quality, but still really good.

I bought 3 of them for some girls here who just don't have the $$$ for a Noussa but want her same style. If it doesn't work out for them, I may sell them here on Bhuz.

So again, my question......anybody heard of her before??????

Where did you buy the costumes? I Googled Madame Fawza, but the only thing that came up was a link to this thread.

Do you have a website address or did you buy them directly from a vender or at a workshop?

I got them from Mahmoud. I had never seen or heard of her before......hmmmmmmmm......

Anyway, her work is alright.....I think she has closely examined Noussa's technique......like I said above, it took me a while to figure out whether it was a Noussa or not.
