Thread: Hair Problems

How can I look after my hair I sometimes feel is way dry...I tried uploading my picture for almost 3 months it would not load so I have to describe it to you..it looks like a dry grass lol!!

Is there a natural mix maybe i could try at home?..cr.:

Of course, hair is affected by heat styling - using hair dryers, curling irons, etc. Hair and nails are both greatly affected by diet - are you getting enough vitamins, essential fatty acids, and drinking enough water?

I dont use heat any more and I try my best to get enough vitamins and water i try my best as well..do you think i should just keep drinking more water? So how can i get enough vitamins i hate tablets..

I find this hair treatment to be extremely effective in combatting dry hair.
