Thread: Making Fan Veils

I'm wondering if anyone has tried making their own fan veils? I made my first one last night and it was surprisingly easy. I discovered I just need to pay better attention to detail. I didn't glue the blades on evenly to the material (It's off center is what I mean) so the next one I will have to fix that.

So if anyone has made their own and has any tips or tricks please share them. I'm also looking for a great source for fan blades. I only found one source, and while a good one, I think I lost my link. I was hoping to find the blades for under $5 each.

Hi there, Meleea www.beledi.com sells fan blades, I can't remember how much for off hand but her prices are super reasonable. She also sells a fan veil DVD "Super Fans" which includes instructions and tips on making fan veils.
