    Yonka Skincare

    Is this stuff any good?

I'm looking for something natural, gentle and effective that won't break me out. (My skin is combo-to-oily, with a tendency to freak out when I try skincare products with a lot of oils, i.e. Hauschka and Suki). Is this comparable to MyChelle?

Experiences are greatly appreciated before I plunk down a king's ransom for a new skin regimen ..g.:

I love it love it love it love it love it love it LOVE IT.

My day spa I used to go to (when I was married to the rich dude) for deep cleansing facials turned me onto the products.

Cereal, if I could afford it I would use nothing but.

Not comparable at all to Mychelle or Hauschka or Suki in my opinion. The consistency is much smoother and richer (not in the oily sense), the range of products is impressive, the fragrances are a little more sophisticated and effectiveness is A #1. Actually, I used Yon Ka when my skin was like yours. The gommage is TO DIE for!!!

Don't know about MyCHelle, but every Yon-ka product I tried broke me out like crazy. One product in particular, don't remember the name but it smelled grapefruit. Smelled great but yowza...

I've had good results with Paula's Choice stuff.

(I'm also on the oily side, and my skin tends to be sensitive)

I agree with Azhia. I was introduced to it when I started getting regular facials at a local day spa. I haven't used the products in years, but when I did, I was quite pleased with them.

yes, its a french line. one of the best imo. super pricey here but not so much in the e.u. smells fab. works great. try to get the products in the large sizes in the metal tubes. lasts longest that way.

Ditto here. Not only did I break out, but got burns around my nose and lips. Will never go near the stuff. I have much better luck with seaweed-based products. They reek, but they're gentle on my skin.

Not trying to convince you otherwise, but which product(s) did you use that caused the burning? There is a pretty intense serum that can cause a burning sensation...
