Thread: Bella, Bella, Bella... Is it only me?

Im going crazy. For months Ive been trying to sign in to Bella and order a costume but the password they sent me stopped to work. I email them all the time but they never answer.

Ive heard that people are copying their designs so thats why they are careful and so on but im just a customer *gahhhh*.

Anyone who had this problem and know what to write them to fix it?..c::

Is there anyone willing to lend me theirs so i can see what they have, ive just had big surgery done and im here in my bed (cant move) thnking of bellas that will fit me in the future. If so, pls pm me=)

It happened to me too. The first time I wrote them and they fixed it. The second time I wrote them and they didn't reply. They finally fixed it. Now I cannot log in again, but I haven't wrote them yet...

I think I read somewhere on here that your password works for three months or so and then sort of expires when you don't buy? I'm not sure though, don't quote me!

I had a password, then the website changed and lost it. I have emailed several times :( Havent got it back. Is their anything nice on their at the moment?

I log into Bella's website a few times a week. Even if nothing new is posted. I just received a new Plum, blue and gold beauty and a new Bella should be arriving in a week. Life is good...

It's not just you, it happens to lots of people! I got a password trough a friend, but Bella doesn't have many designs listed on their site and the things they have, I don't like. I have no idea how other dancers get all these pretty costumes from Bella, because those are not even listed on the site. The best way is to go to one of their stores (if you can), but they are not easy to deal with though.

Well Im in Turkey every summer so I guess I will have to visit them but I will make a last try by making my fiance (hes turkish) write them or call perhaps then it will work, who knowes... =)

Dansoz maybe we go together, I know she does not give much discounts...
but I might use my Turkish charm and tongue ;-)

Ok im pending between buying costumes or waiting for my password that 'I know have been waiting for over 6 months (sent several email in english and turkish).
Is there any nice soul out there who would let me use their password to see if if there is anything nice to buy?

As said earlier i will call them (think somebody will answer in a saturday). Im so frustrated. Ive really set my eyes on buing a bella, i told myself that would be my treat after going to lipo (belly / hips) and now im here in my bed - ant move - and cant watch any nice bellas either =( *feeling sorry for myself*

Ill let ya know if I hear anything back. Ive got 2 dream costumes that I want to order. It may be that I need to just send my measurements and pics and colours of what I want and wait for a response. :)

Well lucky you at least you know what they have, im pending on buying bhuz costumes if i dont find anything there, but first i wanna see the darn site =)
