Thread: Sonia BDSS Sahar Okasha

I think I just saw a DROP DEAD GORGEOUS Sahar Okasha style red costume on Sonia - if you go to the BDSS website (Bellydance Superstars - Community, Store, & Events), there are these changing pictures in a sort of an ad-style banner, maybe 10 altogether.
IF you wait for a cute shot - Sonia and Adore with pink Isis wings spreading them out, then there s one with the isis wings in the back and tribal girls in front, then only the tribal girls..
then comes the red one I am talkinb about
SOnia wears a TO DIE for Sahar Okasha I would LOVE to have a picture of.

I saw that costume and my jaw dropped, it is so pretty!

I was thinking it looked more like an Eman to me, though; several of Dahlal's new Emans have those asymmetrical cups with clear straps connecting the bra and holding the cups up. Maybe I'm wrong?

I connect this beautiful bra type with Ms. Sahar Okasha, because she was the first to do it, right?

It's a Polynesian costume, right? It is really hot, no matter what it is. And Sonia does make good use of the clear straps with a lot of her costumes. I love those clear straps too.

I would have guessed it was a regular orientale costume with a certain designer twist.. but it sure would make a nice Polynesian one too! (although there I think the fringe skirts or at leastg sarong style skirts are a must :) at least for me "Polynesianist" loving that "exotic" Far Eastern look :) )

I know Sonia does perform to Polynesian dance. And I too love the exotic look too of sarongs and saris.
