Hmm, not sure which skirts you are talking about? Are you talking about the fringy ones, or the chiffon ones? Have you checked her website for a pic?

I have one of her chiffon standard skirts that I bought many years ago. It is noting unique. Standard chiffon with slit up each side

Basically, that is two lace panels, cut wide enough to cover the front and the bum. Knee length. They then added the fringe - I can't tell if that is glass or chainette - to the bottom. The sides are probably attached over a ribbon of some type. If you look closely, at the top of the fringe in the sides, there is gold embellishment, probably beading or sequin or both.

I've seen those skirts (on her) in person and they are OLD, and she doesn't sell them (and she sells everything), which leads me to believe that they are not easily found. But it does sound like you can make them, from Tahira's description!
