Thread: Do neoprene body wraps work?

Hi Girls!


One of my students told me that she was able to lose some inches from her waist while wearing a neoprene wrap around her stomach while working out.
I've heard from others in a fitness website that neoprene wraps are no good, that you pretty much lose water and that's about it, have you ever tried wearing one of this?

I've wore the neoprene pants, bought some arm bands for upper arms and they do take out the fluid! I wear the neoprene pants sometimes to teach in for it helps support my poor hips! They do take out the fluid, and sometimes so bad...my right calf and thighwould cramp terribly!! I lost too much potassium but have a prescription for potassium now, since my new high blood pressure pills have direutic and I take a lasix several times a week.

Just be careful!
