Thread: I Love You, Crossfit Mom!

All the talk about the body horrors of pregnancy in the other thread I started makes me want to post this:

Welcome to CrossFit Mom

I've been doing these workouts since I discovered the existence of my little clump of cells, and I love them. I was already a beginning Crossfitter, so I was thrilled to find a version of it scaled for pregnant women. It's really fun and effective. And I still get to feel sore, which I am kind of addicted to. If you're preggers or planning to be and you're feeling scared of turning into a big watery bag of atrophied muscles, try tormenting yourself with this first!

I'll keep you posted on how these workouts feel when I'm carrying the equivalent of a small car on my front.
