Thread: What's up with The Daily Plate?

Is anyone from the Bhuzzer's TDP group still tracking or posting? I keep getting looged onto live strong. Is anyone else having problems with that site?

TDP is essentially gone. They merged with Livestrong. All the same feautures and your food, weight and meal information is still stored there. I've been tracking on the new Livestrong site for about three weeks now. It's basically the same thing only on the Livestrong web site. TDP groups are still there. I think there are three of us in the Bhuz group still tracking.

I'm tracking! Not sure if it shows up on the group though. I have my stuff set to private. I think I am meggo623 there. ;)

Hi Andalee, you're one of the people who can be seen tracking in the group, although we don't see specifics because you're setting is private. But, it does show that you are tracking. The other TDP member is Luna66. I can't remember her Bhuz handle.

(Mine's Jackaroo) But Shahla, when I tried to track using Live strong, it won't let me get to my plate unless I pay for a membership. Unless there is a way around that. Do you know? I had emailed them about it but never heard back . I can't see if any of us bhuzzers have posted on the blog.

I definitely don't pay for it, so I'm not sure why you're having trouble. I'd continue to try to get help from the Livestrong people. The only recent post on our group site was from you asking what happened to the daily plate. I replied to it (same response as here). Did you look to see if they have any live online help? Or, perhaps a telephone call if you can find a number.

I've just started tracking again this week, I should show up in the group as EntaOmri.

Does anyone else have trouble with recipes? I can enter a recipe and get a screen telling me it's been saved successfully, but when I click on the link to view the recipe & add it to my plate, I just get the page with my (empty) plate!! Won't turn up in searches either.

Guess I'll just use the meals feature to save my recipes.

I've never tried the recipes feature. I usually just enter it as a meal and then divide it into the appropriate portion size.

It's happened to me several times. It is so frustrating. I thought it was a browser problem, but it's not. Something is certainly wonky.

I'm not tracking this week because I am on vacation. You bet I'll be back next week though!
