Hair Extensions - Recommendations?
I have the world's most fine hair. Fine, thin, flyaway. I want to volumize it, and have tried wigs (I sweat like I'm in a sauna) and falls (the fall stays dry, but makes my head sweat so my thin, fine bangs literally drip with sweat -- sexy!) I have been thinking of trying hair extensions, not the kind that are professionally applied (too broke), but the ones that are sold in beauty supply stores. Have you tried any that work for you and don't fall out? Do you have fine hair, too?

Try a search on hair extension threads; I know there are a lot previously discussed...
We were just in Atlanta and visited a beauty supply store with $2 hair wefts! It was awesome. Stuck in a pair of toupée clips and you're all set with voluminous hair.

wish I could help, don't know much about it. I've heard good things about jessica simpson's brand. maybe you could try the clip on mini ones that don't cover your whole head but add volume in specific places
i've looked into it too, and after much debating, i've decided to just save up a little money and have it done. some places let you buy them elsewhere and bring in your own, which might be cheaper, but you need to check with the salon first.

I think you may be talking about these that I am selling for a couple of friends?

I personally have not used extensions like these, however one of my dance friends absolutely loves them, has a few sets, and uses them frequently, for dancing as well as for "everyday"-type use. They do add volume to her hair and I've never seen any fall out, or even come loose.
She highly recommended them to me however I prefer the quickness of a 3/4 wig or full wig :-)
