Got a bunch of L'Oreal HIP Shocking Shadow Pigments

A discount store near me had a ton of makeup for cheap, and I decided to try some of the L'Oreal HIP Shocking Shadow Pigments since it's supposed to be more pigmented than everyday cosmetics:

Exciting - white with a pink sheen
    Restless - white with gold
    Visionary - tan with gold
    Tenacious - shimmery bronze
Intrepid - brown with a green glittery glow
Beckoning - the most gorgeous blue I've ever seen

Also got a Cream Shadow Paint in 'Nervy' (looks like a neutral, taupey color).

When you guys use the loose shadows, are you using them with anything else to set them and keep them in place?

To set I would recommend applying over a cream product of the same tone or whatever color you would like to intensify. I.e., to get that most-gorgeous-blue to look the same on your lid as in the container, layer it on top of a blue cream shadow.
