Gorgeous! That's a beautiful color on you. I looooove their U tops. They are great for my bras that show a little more boobage than I want.

Beautiful- turquoise and gold is a great combination for you! LRose trumpet skirts are so gorgeous and flattering! I am completely in love with them! Is this your first LRose set?

You cannot do better, IMO, than L. Rose. Not only are the fabrics luxurious, and the pieces custom made to your measurements, but everything is machine washable.
The only bad thing about ordering from them is that once you start, it's nearly impossible to stop!

Stop giving me ideas, Laura. Bad enough that I just spent the past 20 minutes on the site looking at all the fun fabrics - now I'm REALLY tempted to see what the hype is about!

Oh, you must! Her pieces are so versatile, comfortable and gorgeous! From my own gallery:

I also have a brown trumpet skirt with peekabo gauntlets that I apparently don't have any pics of.
I'm a total L. Rose fangirl!

Looks great! I agree with the addiction! I have already bought two dresses from the Swap Meet, because when I got the first one it was so comfy!

You look fantastic! I love L. Rose. They are comfortable enough to sleep in! And you can throw their stuff in the washing machine too!! Gentle cycle, of course ;-)

Re: My new L. Rose set!
Ooooh, I want, I want!
What I love about those pieces is how slick they look together. It seems like the type of set that makes even the most basic bedlah look, say, 3x more expensive and luxurious.
If my "Creamsicle" bedlah doesn't sell, I just might have to get an L. Rose set to go with it.
Hmmmmmmmm....now stop tempting me, woman!

Re: My new L. Rose set!
Welcome to the dark side:
IMO L Rose is a must. I have 3 sets. By sets I mean I buy a trumpet skirt, the keyhole top, a turkish vest, long sleeve beledi sleeve top, u top, guanlets, fluffly chiffon cuffs, and headband all in one color so I can wear it alone or with a million tops and bottoms depending on the need or how I feel. Best investment still to this day...I have black, purple, and red "sets"

Re: My new L. Rose set!
I just had to post another example (because I am so excited!) of how an L. Rose set can increase the versatility of costumes. I bought the following Marta the Legend costume in May:

I love it, but honestly speaking it's a whole lotta costume. The skirt is a heavy red satin underskirt with a silvery white and black mesh print overskirt with scattered bead and ribbon detail all over it. It weighs a ton and flares out for miles - fantastic for stage or other large performance area, but I just can't picture shimmying around someone's tiny living for a 50th birthday party in it.
However, I just thought to try the bra and belt on with my plain black L. Rose velvet trumpet skirt and gauntlets I had sitting in my closet and voila! A whole new and more practical feel:

Viva la L. Rose!
