Thread: biofreeze. best stuff on earth.

i love my ex- mother in law. she got me a huge thing of biofreeze from her physicaal therapist. for those who don't know what it is, it is for sore muscles and joints. kind of goes this odd cold feeling. works like heaven. something has gone off with the muscles for my rotator cuffs in both shoulders, my lower back allways goes out of ALIGMENT AND I HAVE 2 bad knees. this is the only stuff that helps. of course i end up smelling like a large heap of menthol. you can only get it from a physical therapist or chiropractor. if you can get in, i highly reccomend you do. ..l;,

I luv biofreeze-they have spray, gel, a roll on version.

my ex mother in law got me a 32 ounce bottle of the gel. though wouldn't mind having the spray . it would make it easier to apply it to my shoulder blades.
