    am learning to dye COTTON

    for fun..but have been doing some of the long multi tiered skirts (not bellydance more like streetwear) and pashminas (inspired after a trip to san fran where everyone including the dogs were wearing them)

    anyone else dye cotton? how ya like it?

    I dye cotton this or that. It's certainly different than silk, especially having to wait for things to batch (though it's warmer where you are, you probably don't have to wait as long).

    I dyed one of those big 25yd skirts a while back and seriously underestimated how much dye that thing could drink! whoa nellie!
