Thread: Wait time for a Bella Website Password

well I wrote an email and told them I really wanted to place an order. I got my password within three days of that email. However, I have since placed an order, and heard absolutely nothing from them. It is still showing in my account history but no one has contacted or asked for payment! Very strange.

I have found with Bella that when you place your order you may not hear anything from her for around 6 weeks when she sends you the bank details for you to wire her payment. I have never gotten a confirmation email when I have placed an order. Hope that helps.

yes. Oddly after posting that, an email requesting payment appeared in my inbox!
